The Herald’s FitFam masterclass invites fitness enthusiasts to join in on a variety of fitness activities, ranging from your fast-pace Zumba and self-defence classes to Yoga and Pilates. Not only are these sessions to encourage a good and healthy lifestyle, but to create an opportunity for friends and family to come together to enjoy early morning fitness activity and fun. 

Your ticket price includes complete access to all fitness sessions and smoothie bar as well as a free water bottle.
