ABOUT
The Future Females leadership series in collaboration with Jackie Palmer, aims to empower female leaders (entrepreneurs & intrapreneurs) to become authentic, purpose-driven leaders who are able to empower other females to reach their full potential.
These are breakfast workshops (8am-9.30am) delivered in person in Cape Town.
Why?
- In 2016, just 28% of Senior Management roles in South African businesses were held by women (no change really from the 26% thirteen years ago)
- Just 3% of South African businesses have a female CEO, including just 1 of the top 40 JSE listed companies
- Gender-diverse companies in South Africa are 15% more likely to outperform the national industry median, and in 2016, female-led companies delivered 63% better returns!
What?
Through this series of workshops, our aim is to support female leaders to transform their leadership and empower them and others in their network.
Workshop (Jun 6th): Personal mastery
You’ll challenge any limiting thoughts or beliefs, and learn how to lead yourself by shaping your reality and future possibilities through a growth mindset.
Workshop (Aug 7th): Powerful communication
You’ll develop deeper self-awareness of the impact of behaviour and communication on others and learn how to use communication to enhance performance, drive engagement and build synergistic relationships.
Workshop (Oct 2nd): Coaching conversations
Understand a coaching toolkit that will allow you to resolve dilemmas, drive action and generate buy-in for new ideas!
