Having grown up in Italy, he got his Business Admin (Honors) Degree between Italy and the U.S., started his professional career in the U.K. and then moved to South Africa in 1999; Carlo soon fell in love with South Africa and its people. He is now married to a South African and has a 3-year old boy that keeps him very busy and makes him laugh a lot.
Carlo started his investing career in 2003, mainly as a “buy and hold” sectional title residential property investor in Sandton; over the years he developed solid experience both in the residential and commercial property sector, with more than fifty buy and sell deals in his track record.
