The Hour of Code is a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify code and show that anybody can learn the basics. This year, iStore teamed up with Think Ahead Education Solutions to bring Hour of Code to students across South Africa.Space is limited - book today to avoid disappointment. You can book any session or challenge yourself to do them all!
Session 1 - Block-based coding with Sphero (09:30 - 10:30)
Learn how to control a robotic ball using a simple visual coding language.
Session 2 - Introduction to JavaScript with Sphero (11:00 - 12:00)
JavaScript is a text-based coding language that will allow you to change the colors on Sphero, make it move and even make it speak.
