If this is your first Secret Session then welcome to the Family :)
Secret Sunrise is an early morning interactive dance session with headsets. It is a fun, energetic, mindful celebration that combines yoga, meditation, make believe and dancing. You will be given wireless headphones on arrival and our whacky instructors will guide you through a unique, themed session.
All you have to do is let go and enjoy.
All ages and fitness levels welcome.
