EdTechWomen BreakFast Club is a forum focused on building a strong community of women enthusiastic about technology in education. Brought to you by Think Ahead Education Solutions.

Our keynote speaker, Architect Adina Bregman on the topic, “ Changing workspaces. Changing learning spaces - exploring how learning spaces need to change to meet the needs of the new workspace - an architect ’s view. “

Adina specialises in architecture, retail and interior design. Adina’s clients include brands such as Vodacom, Dischem, Crosstrainer, Contempo, Gap, Banana Republic, Lovisa and other leading South African and international brands. The idea of Design or “Desigual” signifies the ability to conceptualise an idea and make it into a reality. Getting down to designing the smallest aspect affects the overall experience of space. Planning interactive areas demands consideration of the psychology of the space and its effects on the user. Adina investigates “ Agile” spaces and how the creative use of space for work can also be integrated into learning spaces. She explores and shares the integrative and imaginative use of furniture, textures, lighting, colour; defining areas to create various spaces for varying types of interaction and study.
