Belinda is a Director of STBB Attorneys and has been with the company, practising as a property attorney for almost 20 years. Belinda is based at the Claremont branch of the firm and specializes in residential property transfers, the negotiation and conclusion of Agreements of Sale ,Co-Ownership agreements, Leases, subdivisions, small sectional title schemes and many inter -related matters in the transaction including the financial aspects, dealing with foreigners buying or selling , resolving disputes in respect of defects discovered /voetstoots issues, breach of the contract etc.
Belinda gives regular training to real estate agents on all aspects of selling and purchasing property in South Africa - her Best Practice approach- incorporating updates on changes to the legislation and on the transfer process as a whole, especially on how to deal with out of the ordinary scenarios which present themselves regularly! Belinda is passionate about the property game and its various players and stakeholders, and the relationships she shares with her clients as well as client service, remain her number 1 priority.
Stefan is a litigation associate of STBB Attorneys based in its Claremont branch and has a key focus in property litigation, ranging from landlord-tenant disputes to disputes that emanate from sale transactions, such as disputes regarding latent defects, failure to effect to a sale agreement, etc. He is passionate about the law and always takes his client’s needs to heart, relentlessly endeavouring to obtain the best result.
