ABOUT
The Rand Symphony Orchestra invite you to celebrate an evening of Sublime Summer Music.The Orchestra will perform under the baton of Conductor Carel Henn. The featured soloist will be Tinus Botha on piano.
Music lovers of all ages can look forward to Dvorak’s festive Carnival Overture, Schumann’s romantic Piano Concerto in A Minor and Beethoven’s glorious Symphony No. 6, (also known as The Pastoral Symphony). With its contrasts of storms and serene beauty so typical of the Highveld season, the concert promises to be a celebration of sublime summer.
