This 8 hour instructor-led class introduces participants to the Big Data & Machine Learning capabilities of Google Cloud Platform. It provides a quick overview of the Google Cloud Platform and a deeper dive of the data processing capabilities.Prerequisites - basic proficiency in the following:
• A common query language such as SQL
• Extract, transform, load activities
• Data modeling
• Machine learning and/or statistics
• Knowledge of either Python or Java programming

This class is intended for Data and Business analysts, Data scientists and IT decision makers who intend to do the following with big data:
• Extracting, Loading, Transforming, cleaning, and validating data for use in analytics
• Designing pipelines and architectures for data processing
• Creating and maintaining machine learning and statistical models
• Querying datasets, visualizing query results and creating reports
What to bring:
• Laptop (Windows, Mac OS or Linux with Google Chrome browser)
• Credit Card - you will not be billed but you will need this to redeem the credits required for the course
• Photo ID - needed for security
