JCSE’s “Women in IT” Forum
Where are the Women? Why are women under-represented in the IT workplace?
It has long been clear that women are not choosing careers in IT. While some roles, such as business analysis, do attract women practitioners - the more technical work in the ICT sector is still mostly done by men. As a first step to addressing this issue, the JCSE in partnership with Quality Life will be hosting a Round Table conversation that aims to find reasons why this is still the situation in 2017.
