What is 3X?
3X suggests that there are three different universes of software product development with different laws:
Explore — find a new relationship between success and payoff by experimenting cheaply and widely
Expand — remove the emerging bottlenecks to growth
Extract — reap the harvest by reducing cost while finishing growth
Who is Kent Beck?
Kent Beck is one of the most influential figures in the international software community. He was a signatory of the Agile Manifesto and pioneered Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development, and the xUnit family of testing frameworks. He is an author, keynote speaker, software developer, coach and mentor.
