L2L / Caledon FM Fundraiser

Lighthouse 2 Lighthouse Ladies is partnering with Caledon FM to raise awareness about the 13 charities being supported by the fundraising efforts of the 150 walkers registered to walk the 4-day 100km walk in 2021.

L2L identifies a charity every year and raises funds through the efforts of the ladies registered for the Official Walk. This year (2020) L2L raised just under R1Million for the main (The Butterfly Centre) and secondary (Overstrand Hospice) beneficiairies. Our focus for 2021 will be raising funds for Hermanus Child and Family Services (main beneficiary) and Overstrand Hospice (secondary beneficiary).

COVID-19 has impacted us all - more so the charities delivering much needed services and support to those less fortunate than us.

To this end, L2L has decided to support ALL the charities that applied for funding in 2021. There are 13 charities in total - see http://lighthouse2lighthouse.co.za/charities_new/ to read more about the different projects each charity needs funding for in 2021.

We therefore appeal to the Caledon FM listeners to open your hearts - and our wallets - and offer your financial support. Simply choose the amount you'd like to donate and make the contribution.
