Maker Library: Thingking - Make a Digital Portable Business Card Printer
A hack for your creative business: make your own thermal printer and program it to print out random compliments or phrases. This facilitated arduino workshop is especially suitable for people in small creative businesses, with an interest in making cool things with technology.

Maker Library Network (MLN) connects designers and makers around the world. Combining reading, showing and making, this new type of creative space encourages local and international knowledge sharing. Each Maker Library contains three key elements of a library, a make-space and a gallery, and is connected to the network via an online platform for sharing skills and resources.
This projects is supported by SA-UK Seasons 2014 & 2015, a partnership between the Department of Arts and Culture, South Africa and the British Council.
