Edu-Build Institute Student Relief Fund

As a private Early Childhood Development teacher training Institution in South Africa, our students do not receive financial assistance/bursaries from NSFAS. This means they have to fend for themselves in order to make ends meet. Many of them work as teachers in preschool and earn between R800 and R2500 pm from which they have to make a living including up skill themselves in order to earn a decent living. As Edu-Build Institute we assist them by having the students arrange and run fundraising events throughout the year. The proceeds are then utilized towards paying their tuition fees. COVID-19 restrictions have been very harsh on them to the point where many opted to drop out because they can't afford to pay for their studies.

We are appealing to individuals, organisations and corporate institutions to assist us in helping our students to complete their course. We need competent and qualified preschool teachers in our classrooms. Sadly, many corporate companies invest their money in beautiful Preschool buildings and facilities. There's nothing wrong with that, but of what use is it to have these beautiful facilities and your teachers are not of the highest quality? Please consider sponsoring individual students or all of them. Your institution will receive bragging rights and marketing mileage when these students graduate.
