Wild Edible Weeds workshop

ABOUT

Join me for this live online workshop where we will get creative in the kitchen (and garden)

This workshop will be a fun and interactive class. You will also have a bit of homework to do before the class begins so you can find out what weeds you have growing in your garden (totally optional of course)

Upon booking you will be sent:

• A bit of pre-class homework on which weeds to look out for (totally optional, this is for the people who already have knowledge on edible weeds and want to go foraging beforehand)
• An upbeat floral playlist on Spotify (Im inspired by the playlists sent to me during the online yoga classes Im attending, so I decided to do the same for some of my events)
• A list of ingredients needed for the recipes taught**

The Workshop includes:

• A quick introduction (with video) to foraging for edible weeds
• List of edible weeds and their culinary and medicinal uses
• We will make 3 different creative dishes together
• As always, you will be sent the recording and a PDF of the recipes.

**If you can’t forage for the ingredients you can sub them for any other garden veg/greens and edible flowers you have. Otherwise you can just join in and hang out with me while drinking a cocktail. ??
