Join me for the second of my ‘Get to know me’ series where in each video I will be choosing one indigenous medicinal plant to befriend and get to know more intimately ??

Plants have a lively energy and are conscious beings who can become our spiritual teachers and healing allies if we let them.

In this series we will be conversing with the plants, learning from them just as much as we can learn about them. This is a great way for you to gain knowledge on the local flora without being overwhelmed as each week we will focus on one plant only, giving you time to build a relationship with each plant.

In this class we will be discovering Buchu (Agathosma betulina and apiculata)

What we will learn during the class:

• How to identify Buchu
• How to grow this plant in your garden
• The medicinal properties/uses
• How to make a medicinal folk remedy

These workshops will be hosted on Zoom, which is an interactive conferencing/meeting/training platform. This means that you will be able to ask questions and receive real-time answers during the workshop. You will receive all of the value of being at the in-person workshop, except you can now attend from anywhere in the world, without leaving your home.

Exchange: This is a Donation based series.
