Join us for a celebration of wild flavours with this unique pop-up autumn and winter dinner series where the season determines the menu.
Dedicated to sustainable cuisine that will tantalize all of your senses, this interactive 5 course meal experience will be curated and created using fresh seasonal ingredients and locally produced products. Vegetables, herbs and wild foods will be picked and prepared on site that day from our vegetable gardens. Included in the meal will be wild herbs and plants gathered from the mountainside, edible flowers picked from the gardens, zero footprint free range farm raised meat, wild mushrooms, dried seaweeds and offerings from our wild pantry that preserve moments and memories in time.
What is included: Botanical drinks on arrival, an informative talk by one of the Veld and Sea foraging teachers, live music, a recipe card and nature inspired gift, an interactive wild flavoured feast.
What to bring: An appetite, a sense of adventure, a blanket or shawl. Dress up in something a little extra special if you like...floating florals, sequins or dungarees, or something that has been hanging in the back of your cupboard just waiting for a special occasion, like this magical wildly delicious adventure. You are welcome to bring a bottle of your own to enjoy with the meal.
