ABOUT

Equality Lounges were established by an organisation called The Female Quotient. The Female Quotient’s objectives are to advance equality in the workplace through collaboration, activating solutions for change, and creating measurements for accountability. When you put women in any equation, there is a return of investment. The Female Quotient and SAP have partnered to bring the Equality Lounges to South Africa in the form of various pop-up lounges around the country. SAP has approached Impact Hub Johannesburg to collaborate and house a permanent Equality Lounge that will host quarterly events throughout the year. As the lounge is focused on improving the quality of life and work for women, UN Women have also joined this partnership to further strengthen the impact of the lounge.
