Join us for a workshop focussed on YOU. We will be spending a morning focussing on wellness - fitness and nutrition.


This workshop will be co-hosted by Teresa from Teresa the Nutrition Coach and Marjan from MJ Pilates Fitness.


What will be covered in this workshop:


Jump-start to your health and wellness with nutrition


Teresa will be chatting about how to use nutrition to enhance your wellness, feel healthier, and achieve your nutrition goals (whether that be to lose, gain or maintain weight). Teresa will help you take the guess-work out of your nutrition, and you will leave with practical tips on how to improve your nutrition.


Some of the things she will be looking at includes:

·        Importance of nutrition

·        How to read and understand food labels

·        Creating healthy habits

·        Importance of mindset

·        Supplementation


Movement


Marjan will be chatting about incorporating more movement into our lives in order to improve our health and wellness. Marjan's workshops are really fun, practical, and certainly get everyone moving (and laughing).


This will include:

- understanding the importance of daily exercise

- how to incorporate exercise and movement into your daily routine, without having to go to a gym or exercise class

- she will also show practical, easy movements that can be used wherever you are, including in your car and at your desk


Who will benefit from this workshop for:


This workshop is for women trying to improve their wellness through movement and nutrition. It is aimed specifically at women who want to understand more about the importance of healthy habits and lifestyle for themselves and their families. This gives a practical guide on where to start. The focus here is not on just weight-loss or fad diets, but instead about making healthy changes that suit your goals and needs, and loving your body. Marjan and Teresa both provide practical advice that will help you to make consistent, noticeable changes in your life. Whether you're just starting out on your wellness journey, or you are looking for ways to improve on the journey you're already on, this workshop is for you.


About your hosts:


Teresa started her nutrition path 4 years ago after really seeing the changes that nutrition makes in a sports person’s life. She decided, last year, to learn more and to start her own Nutrition Coaching business, helping people to eat healthier foods and to achieve their specific goals.

She has international certifications in:

When, where an how much

Our workshops are presented at Cube Workspace in Fourways, Friday 6 March 2020, from 10am to 2pm. Our workshop includes refreshments, notebook, pen and worksheets. The tickets are R850, but there are discounted rates available to our Just Hello Members.
