an outdoor psychedelic trance adventure

We unite reminding one another that we are all light, light which creates and by so many of us coming together from all over South Africa it is festivity celebrated through a diversity of exceptional psychedelic music and art.
Unify and dance in the beautiful valley of Witfontein on a private tranquil farm that has been specially transformed into the perfect open air festival play ground, a hidden gem nestled within Bronkhostspruit 50km outside of Pretoria.
ILLUMINATION Festival is presented to you by Red Eye & Underground SA and brings you a unique selection of live artists supported by a wide variety of our finest local electronic underground dj's and producers.

PLEASE NOTE: Venue has a new entrance and road leading to Festival gate (not the same as previous events)
FROM PRETORIA: 45min.
Get onto the N4 towards Witbank / Emalahleni, continue on N4 past the toll gate and take the Witfontein / Valtaki turn off and turn right. Go onto gravel road for 4.8KM and look out for signs, venue is on the left. Follow the dirt road to festival gate.
FROM JOHANNESBURG - OR TAMBO: 50min
Get onto the R21 and drive towards Pretoria.Take exit 32 for R25 toward Bronkhorstspruit / M87 / Tembisa S/Johannesburg. Turn left onto R25 towards Bronkhorstspruit,Turn right onto Delmas road (1,6 km) Take the 3rd left onto R25 drive (27,0 km). Turn left at the Vaalbank sign go 3KM and look for signs to the entrance, venue on the right. Follow the dirt road to festival gate.
