Ten Million and Rising : What it would take to address South Africa's jobs bloodbath?

Ann Bernstein, executive director of the Centre for Development and Enterprise (CDE), believes she has the answer. The independent think tank focuses on policy development, with a special focus on growth, jobs, education, cities and the role of business. 

Bernstein is a regular commentator in South Africa's newspapers, radio and TV and frequent op ed writer in leading newspapers. She is the author of The Case for Business in Developing Economies, which was favourably reviewed in the South African media, the Economist, Financial Times, and Forbes. 

Ann Bernstein will address the Cape Town Press Club (incorporating a Power Point presentation). She will take questions.
