Playful Tantra weekend for couples (and friends) in Cape Town
This is a workshop for you who longs for more connection, intimacy and love in your life.
We will create a safe space where you can explore your senses, feelings and emotions in the moment, bringing awareness to what is NOW, while doing tantric practices and sharings.
What would happen if you meet your life - and partner - with playfulness and curiosity?
What would happen if you search for the joy that resides within you?
What would happen if you become more kind towards yourself - even if there was trauma in your past?
We will create a space where you can feel safe enough to explore tantra and tantric exercises and really be in the moment, enjoying the moment, what ever you meet.
You will meet tantra with ease, from a playful perspective where you will experience your body and your senses on your terms.
This workshop is filled with practical exercises, which contribute to you sensing your body, your breathing, and you will be more aware of the role your voice and your senses play when it comes to pleasure. You will dance, make simple tantric meditations and have the possibility to touch and be touched with presence.
When exploring tantra it’s crucial that you feel safe. That’s why we will help you to observe your boundaries and your capability to say yes to what you like and no to what you dislike. We will also do some exercises around the wheel of consent (created by Betty Martin).

We will also make space for sharing, short presentations and discussion, and how tantra can affect your life.
This workshop suits both beginners and people with experience of tantra.
During this weekend you will have the possibility to explore different aspects of tantra together with a partner. You will also, if there is a YES in you, meet other participants, in different exercises.

Saturday 8th Feb, 10:00am - 6:00pm
and Sunday 9th Feb 10:00am - 5:00pm
(arrival from 09:30pm onwards, to start at 10:00am)

R1750 per person / R3000 per couple (or join with a friend)

Charlotte Cronquist has more than 15 years experience of tantra, and she has done trainings and workshops all over the planet, experiencing the energy of many tantra schools, tantra and meditation teachers. And from that experience she has created Playful tantra – a way of meeting yourself and others with love and playfulness.
