Nic is the only South African teenager that has qualified for one of the worlds biggest CrossFit competitions, Wodapalooza, in Miami and he is part of the CrossFit Knysna family. Please come and workout with us, in teams of 3, to fund raise to help with expenses while there for both Nic and coach Dwayne. CrossFit Knysna is supporting financially also, we just thought you would all be willing to help this amazing athlete as this is an incredible achievement.
