About

We live in an age where a tweet is all it takes to find yourself plunged in a crisis with real consequences on your bottom line and reputation. There are many countless of examples that we have seen in the South African landscape. This tells us that no organisation or individual is immune to crisis.

The great thing about a crisis, yes, there's an upside, is that you can manage it and handle it with minimal damage to your brand. You're probably thinking I'm smoking my socks, right? I'm not.

This 2 hour masterclass will help you understand how to manage a crisis, how to prepare for it and how to prevent it from happening.
