Come to a celebratory concert on the site where the Denis Goldberg House of Hope arts and culture education centre will be built. The 90-minute concert programme includes an exciting mix of local and international artists.

  • Dance by Erita Chen, Abigail Overmeyer and Rian Jansen, choreographed by Jessica Nupen to music composed for the occasion by Matthijs van Dijk.
  • Music by Gareth Lubbe, Trey Lee and young musicians from the Miagi Orchestra in Soweto.
  • Storytelling by Zanele Ndlovu.
  • Song and dance by Hout Bay’s own Ingoma Choir and young dancers from Amoyo Performing Arts Centre.

We are reaching out to you to attend to show your support for the establishment of the Denis Goldberg House of Hope as a venue where children and youth from different communities of Hout Bay come together to dream, to grow, to learn and to enrich their lives.
