ABOUT
BFAB Dance Class is a Hip Hop based dance class created for the purpose of bringing healing through movement. BFAB Dance class incorporates yoga and exercises to yield both a healthy body and mind.
Dance Classes for the year of 2020 will occur bimonthly.
All dance classes are to be booked in advanced by purchasing tickets online.
In February we bring you sensual soft movements to songs from the likes of Burna Boy.
BFAB Dance Classes are held at the Observatory Community Hall from 10:30 to 12:00.

Please note class times and venues are subject to change - this is to be communicated in due time on social media platforms.
When attending, please ensure that you're dressed in comfortable (gym) clothes, bring a towel and water bottle. Present your ticket as your enter. Most IMPORTANTLY, BRING POSITIVE ENERGY as the objective is to have fun!
