Introducing our 6-week goal setting program to tap into your intuition, access your inner will power and set firm intentions for a positive and productive year using the technology of Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness aiming to harness the mental, physical and nervous energies of the body in order to use them to reach your highest potential.
A Kundalini Yoga class consciously combines breath work, postures, energy locks, mudras and mantras - all which is combined in a kriya. The word kriya means action and each kriya leads to a specific outcome. Practicing a kriya initiates a sequence of physical and mental changes that affect the body, mind and spirit simultaneously.
For our 6-week goal setting program, we carefully chose the kriyas so that you will be able to prepare yourself for the new year - for a healthy, happy and holy life.
Week 1: Detox your body and let go of tensions and emotions of the past. Find out your true intentions.
Week 2: Prepare your body to prevent diseases and invite healing. Start a journey of self-compassion.
Week 3: Strengthen your nervous system to manage stress and balance the negative mind. Start creating new and purposeful habits.
Week 4: Develop confidence to speak your own truth. Open your heart to feel more compassion.
Week 5: Tap into your intuition and bring prosperity into your life.
Week 6: Use the generated power to shift gears and to stay committed.
