The magic of life is happening in music, nature and movement. Conscious sunrise dance will combine those 3 elements.
A unique experience of witnessing rising sun while dancing in headphones on Sunrise Beach with the top conscious dance DJ in Cape Town and a life performance.
5:15 - 6:15 The Shamanic sounds of Khoi-San Boy will transport you to the ancient lands of African bushmen. He layers the sound of ethnic Khoi instruments with his magnificent voice, creating an effect of orchestra with the magic of Shamanic trance.
6.15 - 7:30 Brian Bergman, the Dance Awake DJ, will take you into deep exploration of the mystery of embodied being and ecstasy of exquisite music (his mixes are here: https://www.mixcloud.com/AwakeHumanBeing/, more about his Dance Awake project is here https://awakehumanbeing.com/).
What to bring: swimwear, towels (the water is yummy in False Bay) and something warm to wear.
Directions: drive on M5 (Prince George Drive) towards Muizenberg. At the end of M5 there is a round about, take 2nd exit towards the beach. There is ample parking available. On Google maps you can either look for “False Bay Surf Lifesaving Club” or enter coordinates (34°06'11.3"S 18°29’06.6”E). When you are parked, face the ocean and walk to the left for 100 m. We will be there dancing!
Note: the number of tickets is limited. The ticket includes headphones. There will be no ticket sales at the venue.
