Construction disputes are unique since they are often very technical in nature. It is questionable, therefore, whether referring a dispute to a court of law is a good thing. Much greater use is thus frequently made of so-called “alternative dispute resolution” methods (or ADR’s), the use of which is often mandatory. This webinar will look into the various ADR methods that are available and will highlight the differences, advantages and disadvantages of each method.  

Facilitator’s profile:

Coenraad Snyman is an seasoned lawyer, international trainer, consultant and strategist in the areas of Contract Drafting, Management and Administration; Procurement; Building; Engineering; Construction; Oil & Gas; EPC, EPCIC and EPCM contracts (including both FIDIC [1999 and 2017 editions] and NEC3/4 forms of contract).
