Very few of us know and understand how contracts are classified. Yet, this has some very important implications which should not be overlooked. During this webinar we will look at the origin and various classifications of contracts and what the implications thereof may be. Proper contract drafting and how they are procured and managed depends, furthermore, upon a good understanding of these matters. We will investigate what the implications are of including certain clauses and also, importantly, what happens when a contract is silent on a specific point.
