Intro to Yoga: Beginner's Course
If you have always wanted to start a yoga practice but feel a bit nervous to join a class, this is the perfect opportunity to come and learn the basics of a yoga practice in a small group setting.
Our 5 week beginners course is scheduled to begin at the beginning of February 2020 and will run for 5 consecutive Sunday's from @10am - 11:15am.
Each session is led by one of the yoga teachers at our studio. That way you can become familiar with the faces of Mind Body Connect and the teachers who take the classes.
