+GELUK has partnered with Grand Africa to bring you the Geluk Grand Sessions Volumes series.
Volume 01 saw International DJ Matthias Meyer take to the decks this November in Plett . Matthias was supported by dj butters, Abby Nurock & January One and the event was awesome!!
We now bring you the much anticipated Grand session volume 02 with the amazing Manuel Tur (for those not in the know, he is a half-German, half-Ibicencan producer who released his first vinyl at the age of 16!!)
Manuel Tur will be supported by a fabulous local line up (to be released soon).

People often react with surprise when they find out that Manuel Tur, with almost two decades in the recording industry and over a hundred remixes under his belt, has just reached his thirties. A rapidly expanding discography and his trademark hypnotic, deep and rich sound eventually brought Manuel to the attention of genre-defining UK deep house label Freerange Records, who signed the young gun for a string of EPs and singles as well as three artist albums; the critically acclaimed debut “0201“ in 2009 followed by 2012's “Swans Reflecting Elephants“ and 2014's “Es Cub“. These records being remixed by such heavyweights as Isolée, Pépé Bradock, Stimming or King Britt further strengthened Manuel's status among the highest rated producers of his generation.
In the meantime, Manuel made himself a name as one of the scene's most prolific remixers himself, reworking music by rising stars like Azari & III, Solomun and Larse, veteran producers including Jazzanova, Ian Pooley or Jimpster, and acts from different genres such as EBM icon Douglas McCarthy of Nitzer Ebb and Swedish abstract duo Wildbirds & Peacedrums. In parallel, he went on to launch his own label Mild Pitch with fellow Esseners Dplay and Langenberg - the former who Manuel collaborated with on the seminal „Deviate“ EP which earned them nominations for Best Deep House Track & Artist at the 2009 Beatport Awards, and the latter who he teamed up with for the dub-tinged techno project Ribn, recording and remixing for world renowned labels such as Ovum, Poker Flat, Systematic or Mule.
And as if all this wasn't enough time spent in the studio, Manuel has been touring extensively as a DJ ever since, playing some of the world's finest clubs for electronic music; from home soil's infamous Robert Johnson and Panoramabar to destinations around the globe, be it in London, Moscow, Tokyo or Sydney.
