But it’s more complicated than that. At least, it should be. We will be showing you how to debone certain cuts and explaining why these cuts make up the perfect burger mix. We’ll explain the joy of grass-fed beef and unpack why
the burger is the perfect way to experience it. We’ll cover important topics like fat content, coarseness of patty and the often debated meat:bun ratio. When we’ve created the perfect burger, we’ll cook them up. Still not convinced?
