Lisa Gralnek will share learnings from her 20+ years of experience building brands and driving growth strategies for organizations around the world. Participants will take away tools for how to navigate growth and change to apply to their own enterprises.

About Lisa Gralnek

Lisa is a Brand Builder and Strategy Executive with more than 20 years of experience.

From the beginning of her career in fashion and luxury through to today, Lisa has had the distinct privilege of collaborating with acclaimed creative talent and best-in-class brands across diverse sectors and geographies. Marrying subject matter expertise and common sense, with an ability to navigate ambiguity and lead change, Lisa has proven herself adept at both creating AND executing strategy that drive meaningful results for brands at pivotal moments. In recent years, she has helped the likes of Chobani, moo.com, Rockport Shoes (then part of adidas), IKEA, Walmart, Johnson & Johnson Innovation, and diverse SMEs, start-ups, non-profits, and acclaimed artists - build their brands and grow. Lisa holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a BA in Political Science from Bates College. She speaks three languages, travels frequently, loves cooking, tennis, her dog and the outdoors. She lives in Brooklyn NY.
