About

What better way to celebrate the start of the festive season than by sipping the finest bubbly and enjoying the coolest craft and international gins available in South Africa. Introducing an event like no other the Wade Bales Cap Classique & Gin Affair

With over 40 of South Africa’s premium MCC’s (all made in the traditional Methode Champenoise style), you’ll get to enjoy the likes of Graham Beck, Krone, Plaisir de Merle and Villiera to name a few.

Then taste and celebrate with the fastest growing spirit in the world, gin! There will be up to 70 craft and international gins to taste, with local producers present to share their knowledge and unique insights into what makes their particular “liquid” irresistible.

Taking place at the Southern Sun in Hyde Park Rooftop Terrace Bar, spectacular views and great music, makes for a stylish and sophisticated experience.

“We want to showcase the best South Africa has to offer alongside world class international brands. Two of the season’s hottest tipples, together with a great crowd and the splendour of an unforgettable Highveld sunset at the Southern Sun Hyde Rooftop Terrace Bar – it’s going to be an experience you don’t want to miss!” Wade Bales
