Sanza presents the meal as a form of theatre: he is the narrator, the server, the analyst and the historian. In this experience, food is political, and you can expect the conversation to move through global and local politics, food security, African sporting heroes, the history of radio in a post-apartheid South Africa, growing your own kale... all the way through to music trends and the future of Yeoville.

The menu 6 main dishes including vegan egusi, achalaka, dongodongo, mandazi, cholocho (chicken) and Mozambican fried fish followed by a fruity dessert.
