Longridge Langtafel 2020
Longridge Wine Estate will host their annual open-air feast in the stunning Estate gardens around a shared table hosted by Japer Raats, Longridge cellar master, chef Maritz Jacobs and master gardener Sally Raats.
A “lang tafel” (long table), almost 100m in length, is set under the stars in the garden, overlooking moonlit vines and breathtaking views of the False Bay Peninsula and Table Mountain. On the evening, chef Maritz Jacobs, will offer the almost 200 guests with a bounty of seasonally inspired local produce paired with the exclusively selected and elegantly crafted wines of the Estate. The delicious six course menu will be served family-style, curated to highlight the best of what is in season at the Longridge treasured gardens.
The farm to table feast will take place on Friday 6 March 2020.
