Welcome to Secret Sunrise Cape Town - Our final dance of 2019 !!!
What a year it has been. With so many highs and lows and memories made along the way we wanted to bring everyone together as a community for one final dance of 2019. Let's end it with a bang??
We are so excited to be dancing on amazing Camps Bay Beach for this dance. We would love for you to join us as we say our goodbyes to 2019 the best way we know how. #Sharethejoy
What to see what we have in store for you for this final fling...
Born under African skies, the global movement Secret Sunrise aims to unite the world through dance and conscious collaboration.
This global family aims to get the world grooving.
Join us in getting up and out of your comfort zone, dancing, connecting and feeling complete freedom and self expression.

THEME: 'Tis the season - your cheesiest Christmas attire.
Headphones are given to you, facilitators guide you. If you haven't joined us before this is your chance.
We are extremely excited to be partnering with The Poke Co and Happy Culture for this session.

To do good to your body. We can trace our ingredients right to the source, be it the ground it was grown on or the sea it was caught in.
The highest quality fresh ingredients makes poké the best fuel for the body and mind.
To do good to the community, and the environment. Our fish is all line-caught in Cape Town’s swimming pool. Our vegetables are found in Cape Town's back garden, and come from an NPO project that aims to alleviate poverty by empowering locals to grow the best organic produce around.
It is all sustainable, and supports the livelihood of many local fisherman and farmers alike.
As you can see, we at the Poké Co. invest in ‘good’ and every time you buy one of our bowls you do too!

We invite you to come down to the beach early and have dinner delivered to you...
You may place orders through - [email protected] and invoice to follow. Once paid, order secured you will get delivery 1 hour before start of dance.
