Paul’s Homemade is back with a new summer tasting. Paul has been tinkering away in his food science lab to bring you magical dishes of molecular gastronomy.
This tasting is for the culinary curious and adventurous epicurean. Cured salmon with apple dill ice cream. Honey lemon spheres with pear ginger salsa. Crispy chicken skin with a scoop of satay. A hedonistic summer harvest. Clear your phone space - you need it for this Insta-worthy tasting.
The six-course tasting flight is paired with two ridiculously delicious handcrafted cocktails which echo the herbaceous and subtle flavours of it’s paired dishes.
