Leading SAFe® - Applying a Lean-Agile mindset with the Scale Agile Framework®

ABOUT

During this two-day course, attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise. Through leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework®, and its underlying principles and practices you will learn how to deliver value, build Agile Portfolios, support agile teams and coordinate large Value Streams.

Attendees will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset, and why it’s so effective in today’s adapt-or-die marketplace. They will develop a skillset that’s in demand worldwide and empowering their enterprises to succeed in a disruptive marketplace.

Attending the class prepares individuals to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).
