ABOUT

The intention for these evenings is to connect in sisterhood and the sacred. We will discuss the theme of Sisterhood - its lineage and rituals, its purpose, its polarity, its healing ability, and how it can be strengthened for the greater good of our community.


We will explore the evening through a variety of different practices that aim to bring more connection to our bodies and awaken our natural, powerful receptivity as women.

7:00 - 7.20 Intention Setting + Meditation

7.20 - 8.00 Co-creating the Sacred with connection practices

8.00 - 8.45 Yin Yoga with Sound Journey by Kersti Lee

8.45 - 9.15 Sharing Circle + Snacks
