Join The Meditation Box on Sunday 8 December from 3pm to 4pm for a one hour guided meditation with a musical backdrop by a live DJ. This months theme at Yoga Experience is 'Awaken'. To focus on Awakening our Selves and step towards our own Truth.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up and sign in.
