Dodgeball African Cup 2019
"Remember the 5 D's of dodgeball: Dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge.", Good ol' Patches o'Houlihan shared this beautiful wisdom with us in the 2004 hit, Dodgeball the Movie.
Now, 15 years later the South African National Dodgeball Team, the Green Mambas (Hissssss) will be hosting the African Cup of Nations.
We aim to Dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge our way through this World Cup Qualifying event at the Coetzenberg stadium in Stellenbosch.
Dodgeball is a unique sport played by men and women of all ages, and is a new and growing sport in South Africa with uncapped potential. Dodgeball is fun and easy to play, and it can be held in most venues. It is easily adoptable because of its minimal expenses. Overall, the dodgeball community is growing rapidly and is looking to expand nationally and internationally.
The event will be filled with International matches between Egypt and South Africa as well as the our Biggest under 18 tournament yet!
So grab some friends and a wrench or two (don't forget the GEES!) and head over to Coetzenberg on the 22nd and 23rd of November.
Friday: Open from 11:30 - 20:00 and Saturday: : 08:30 - 20:00
