Instill Education Workshop Series

ABOUT

To expand on our findings from the previous workshop, where we discussed the root causes of teacher motivation, our next workshop will dive deeper into the lessons learned from Behavioural Science and Change Management. In this workshop, we will take a step back to learn how other sectors approach motivation.

Topic: What can we learn from global research about Behavioural Science and Change Management in trying to implement school-level interventions to target teacher motivation?

Date: Thursday, 3rd October, 18h00-20h00

Venue: TBC

Speaker: Alim Ladha, Founder and CEO of Instill Education

Alim spent nearly 10 years at McKinsey and Company where he led their education practice. During this time he was involved in projects around the world from school turnarounds to higher education, with Teacher and School Leadership development being central to his work. Since then, he was founding CEO of African Leadership University, Chief Innovation Officer at Harambee, and founder of Instill Education. During this session, we will explore the research and global best practice around teacher motivation, and provide practical ideas that can be applied in your school.
