The Conscious Leadership and Ethics Summit 2019 is a high profile/high end platform to act as a catalyst for attitudinal change in terms of values, ethics, social co-operation and social integration in a post - election South Africa.
A transformational indaba is necessary to create a compelling and significant metamorphosis of a caring, compassionate, conscious culture and leadership in the socio, economic and political space. The opportunity to serve, lead and shape a better future with a keen appreciation of conscious, ethical behaviour, morality, values, and guiding principles to live by is the core objective of the Conscious Leadership and Ethics Summit 2019.
Against the backdrop of a fragmented society that has lurched from crisis to crisis, the Summit is a clarion call to the Leadership of every sector of corporate South Africa, business, government and civil society to dramatically change and impact the environment of a nation and change the way business and government is thought about and taught to emerge as an exemplary, ethical nation.

The Conscious Leadership and Ethics Summit 2019 has ignited the thinking globally of those who place humanity at the core to create a society that not only builds conscious leadership capacity but creates courageous leaders whose actions manifest greater good for society at large. Together with other conscious leaders, we have a profound opportunity to change the psyche of nations by changing the shape, character and consciousness of its leadership as well as organisations, both in business and government.

Guru of conscious leadership - Prof Saul Klein: Dean of Canada’s Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria, Head of the Gustavson School’s Brand Trust Index and Chair of the Victoria Forum, an initiative that brings together academics, policy makers, business leaders and civil society to address the major issues of the world.
Minister Lindiwe Zulu
Minister of Social Development is a fighter, a survivor and an academic. She was the special advisor to the President on International Relations and previously served as the head of communication for the PAN African women’s organisation in Angola.
