Fermented, in collaboration with Urbanologi, Mad Giant Brewing Company, Waterkloof and Klein River Cheese present a beer versus wine pairing in the ultimate battle of the cheese. 

Join us for a beer versus wine cheese pairing that explores the wondrous world of fermentation. Mad Giant Brewing Company will showcase their selection of 3 of their beers paired with 3 cheeses, with Waterkloof showcasing 3 of their favourite wine and cheese pairings. At the end of the evening, you will get the chance to vote for the best pairing and ultimately crown the annual Beer V Wine Cheese Champion.

The event is a showcase for small business and entrepreneurial ventures. The intention is to give local producers a podium to shine on and give exposure to the wonderful fermented world still yet to be discovered by many.
