Starter: Thai Marinated Kingklip

Grilled Kingklip marinated with Chilli, Garlic, and Ginger served on a stuffed Courgette with a Salsa Roja Conal, creamy Coconut sauce finished with a Coconut foam.

Main: Dukha Rack of Lamb

Rack of Lamb with Dukha spice served on a burnt onion puree with slow cooked Samp, sautéed Tagliatelle vegetables and a fresh Salsa finished with a Cranberry Jus.

Dessert: Continental Strawberry Cake drizzled with Mint Chocolate

A continental Strawberry Cake with a Chantilly cream served with a Blueberries Compote finished with a chocolate sauce, drizzled with Mint Crisp Chocolate.
