Fact – if you don’t control money, it controls you! Join us for this 3 hour Workshop to get better control of your organisation’s money by: understanding how to better plan where money should/ needs to go out to; how to monitor it on a continuous
basis in order to gain control ; and what the differences from your planned budget indicate.
Facilitated by Tracy Bester - Tracy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and ACMC (Meta-Coaching qualification). Tracy has worked in Learning and Development for over 15 years and works both nationally and internationally developing and delivering training to delegates from various sectors, including Government, the Private Sector, Business Schools and non profit organisations.
This Workshop is ideally suited to anyone who needs to set and monitor budgets, Including those who manage and run the non profit and all levels of managers responsible for finances.
Our training rates have been carefully costed for the non profit sector while ensuring we are able to attract the best talent to facilitate the training and share their expertise, growing your knowledge and skills. Our 3 hour interactive Workshops are R520 per person, add R110 for the one hour Discussion and Coaching Session. Total cost - R630 per person. Our 3 hour Workshops are based on experiential learning – you will engage in case studies and discussions to ensure that the learning sticks and is not just a one way flow of information. Location, location, location – all training is facilitated at The Children’s Memorial Institute, we are on the Rea Veya and Taxi routes. If travelling by car we are just off Empire with easy access from the M1 motorway, parking is free. Healthy bodies, healthy minds – we offer healthy snacks and beverages – included in the training rates.
The one hour Discussion and Coaching Sessions are essential and are held two weeks after the interactive Workshop using the Zoom on line platform. Unpack your learnings and experiences and we will work with you to ensure that the learning is embedded back into your organisation. The Zoom Session for this Workshop is on Wednesday 6th November from 14h00 - 15h00.
