ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:


NERSHEN PILLAY


Nershen holds a BSc. from the University of KwaZulu Natal and has almost 20 years of experience in the business and corporate world, working mainly as a business analyst in financial services, government, education, construction, telecoms, retail etc. He has also run a few of his own businesses in the motor industry and internet shopping industry.

As a Human Behaviour Specialist, he holds the following qualifications:

Executive Coaching – University of Cape Town

Demartini Method Facilitator – Demartini Institute

Demartini Values Facilitator – Demartini Institute

He has accumulated well over 1000 hours of corporate and personal coaching, mentoring, teaching and speaking.

He is regularly selected to facilitate at Dr John Demartini’s flagship, worldwide program, The Breakthrough Experience. 



JERRY SAM


Jerry holds a BSc. in Electrical Engineering and a MSc. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Cape Town. He is a high-performance consultant and works with Allan Gray.

Jerry’s mission is to help people realize their full potential by turning perceptions of what people consider weaknesses into fuel to ultimately empower and enrich their lives. He was as pursued his journey in personal development for more than 6 years and is trained as a Demartini and Values Facilitator.

Jerry is not one to express his achievements with words, rather by the measurable outcomes demonstrate by the various breakthroughs and testimonials of his clients. Rather than promising what he can do he would rather show you what he has achieved; the proof is in the pudding.

OKSANA ULANOVSKA


Oksana holds a Masters degree in Social Sciences from Bonn University in Germany with a specialty in human behaviour and organisation. With 10 years of experience in non-governmental and corporate sectors, she works as a business analyst in the financial services industry. Using high-performance project management techniques, Oksana is assisting the human resources implement the digital transformation in the IT to a more effective working culture and business output.

Qualifications:

- Project Management certification (PRINCE2 & PM4DEV)
