"Janet and Alida really created a little paradise in a beautiful setting. Both Ladies have such a positive "feel good" energy that makes you feel valued and appreciated from the first contact. For a long weekend I felt like in a healing bubble, just re-charging on positive energy, love and understanding. I cannot express how grateful I am about that experience and I will certainly sign up for the next retreat!"- Kristina Gransee, participant, 2018
More on Constellation therapy work:-
?Constellation work, as presented by Alida Haarhoff, offers a unique and intense 3 dimensional platform for addressing, releasing and healing generational patterns inherent in all of us, that may be blocking you from reaching your destiny and Divine potential during this incarnation.
Should you choose to experience the full constellation (see below), your family patterns and their impact on you will be identified and addressed within the group dynamic in a major, life-changing way. Whilst those who choose to partake as role-participants (see below), will find themselves in situations relevant to their own current circumstances and will experience equally deep yet more subtle energetic shifts.
Where did Constellation Work originate from?
This alternative approach was developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger in the mid-1990s. Family constellations therapy evolved out of his work as a family therapist and his belief in the energy, both positive and negative, found in familial bonds. Nearly 50 years of studying and treating families led to his observation of patterns of mental health concerns, illness, negative emotions, and potentially destructive behaviours within families, and he suggested individuals might unconsciously "adopt" these concerns as a way of helping other members to cope.
And now, this approach draws from a number of other modalities, including Gestalt Therapy, psychoanalysis, Virginia Satir's family sculpting, psychodynamic therapy, hypnotherapy, systemic family therapy, and Zulu beliefs.
What issues are treated with Constellation Work?
Family constellation work is really effective in addressing concerns that are systemic in nature. These concerns might include family of origin, parent-child relationship difficulties, and intimate relationship challenges.
It can be useful to anyone who:
· is seeking to address negative or harmful relationship patterns
· wants to be in a romantic relationship
· is attempting to resolve family entanglements
· wants to overcome inner turmoil
· has experienced significant trauma or loss
· are in search of personal and professional success
The circle are held in the utmost love and respect and the aim is to balance and heal on all levels
